Refund policy

Catering orders. Every catering event is quoted individually. Your quote and order confirmation will state any deposit, the deadline for your final headcount, and the cancellation terms for your event; please review them before you confirm. To change or cancel a catering order, contact us as early as possible at +1 336-701-6101 or info@deliciousbyshereen.com.

Prepared food. Because our food is perishable, we cannot accept returns. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
